Rookie Camp

7 - 8 years old

Our three and four-day program designed for 7 & 8-year-olds, places emphasis on teaching campers the core skills of the infield, outfield, pitching, and throwing. Learning these skills in a fun and exciting environment is sure to leave a lifelong baseball memory.

  • Week 1
    • July 24 - 26
    • Monday - Wednesday from 9 AM - 3 PM
  • Week 2
    • July 31 - August 3
    • Monday - Thursday from 9 AM - 1 PM
  • Morning: Infield Station, Outfield Station, Pitching Station, Hitting Station
  • Lunch: Provided
  • Afternoon: Instructional games that implement the skills taught throughout the week

Experience Camp

9 - 16 years old

Geared for 9 to 16-year-olds, of all positions, and of all skill levels, our Week-Long Experience Camp teaches the fundamentals that every player needs to elevate their game. Our experience campers will focus on infield, outfield, pitching, and hitting. Whether it's swinging for the fences at Fenway Park or throwing a pitch from the mound at Cal, Sr.'s Yard, your camper will create memories that last a lifetime.

Camp FAQ

Check-in for all campers will be Monday morning between 8:00am and 8:45am at The Ripken Experience® Aberdeen.

All campers should bring the following:

  • Baseball Glove/Equipment
  • Baseball Cleat/Shoes
  • Appropriate Clothing (pants/socks, etc.)
  • Sunscreen

Note: Please write the camper's name on all personal belongings

Yes - Parents may watch from seating areas around the complex. A list of team assignments and afternoon game schedules will be shared via email.

A 30% deposit is due at the time of registration and final balances are due 45 days prior to the start of camp.

Cancellation Protection is a $50 non-refundable fee that protects you in the event that you need to cancel your camp visit.

  • If you were to cancel 14 days or more in advance of camp, Cancellation Protection will allow you to receive a refund for all monies paid minus the Cancellation Protection fee.
  • If you were to cancel within 14 days of camp, Cancellation Protection will allow you to receive a credit for all monies paid to the following year of camp minus the Cancellation Protection fee.

All  campers must be age appropriate prior to arriving the first day of camp. For example, a Rookie camper must be 7 years old prior to the first day of camp

Overall camper to staff ratio is 8:1 including coaches, counselors, and Ripken Baseball staff.
